All of our orders are posted via Australia Post within 1-2 business days.


We make every endeavour to post orders received prior to 12pm on the following business day so that you can enjoy your new goodies as soon as possible!


Busy sales periods may incur a delay of 1-2 additional business days.


Orders are final once checkout has been completed. We do offer refunds and/or exchanges on faulty items or items that arrive broken, damaged or completely unlike the items listing description.


If you would like to request a refund or exchange please reach out via email at within 10 business days of receiving your order. Please ensure to list as much information as possible as to the reason for your request (photos will also be required).


Your refund / exchange will then be processed upon our receipt of the faulty / broken item(s).
