QUESTIONS

  • How long does it take you to ship my order?
    All orders placed prior to 12pm will be shipped on the following business day. During exceptionally busy sales periods there may be an additional delay of 1-2 business days, but we make every endeavour to send your order as soon as possible!
  • Can I get a refund?
    We offer refunds or exchanges on items that arrive faulty or broken or items you believe to be extremely different to how you expected them to arrive (size, weight, quality, etc.) If you would like to apply for a refund or exchange please email us at foxandquillco@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos (if applicable) within 10 business days of receiving your order.
  • I've just received my order and it arrived broken! What do I do?
    Whilst we have never (in over 1000 sales!) had an item reportedly broken during transit, these things can happen! If your item has arrived broken please contact us as soon as possible so that we can determine whether a refund or exchange is appropriate.
  • My parcel has not arrive - what can I do?
    We do not take responsibility for lost, missing or stolen parcels. We lodge all of our parcels directly with Australia Post to guarantee proof of lodgement, which means that if your parcel goes missing you must raise a ticket with Australia Post directly. If their response is that they cannot locate your missing parcel, you may be eligible for compensation from Australia Post for the full value of the missing items.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Flat Rate Standard Shipping We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all domestic orders. Free Standard Shipping All orders over $99 ship free (within Australia). Free Express Shipping All domestic orders over $200 will receive complementary express shipping.
