Our Nurture essential oil blend contains a simple floral blend of lavender, clary sage and jasmine to help alleviate PMS symptoms, menstrual cramps and labour pains.

Add 6-8 drops to a vaporiser, diffuser or oil burner along with water. Add 3-12 drops to 15ml of carrier oil (such as fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil) and add to your bath - note: do not use in the water of a water birth. Not to be used during pregnancy prior to 38 weeks. May induce labour.
